In theory none, but we all know life happens. If there are spills or stains you can simply rinse the turf off with water or use a mild household detergent if needed. If the turf is matted from the prolonged weight on one area, you can use a broom or plastic-tipped rake to stand the fibres back upright. If you have leaves that fall on the turf you may want a leaf blower to remove the leaves before they dry up and get ground into the turf. This won’t damage the turf but after time you may notice the leaf build up.
